The hotel's proximity to the main train station was great. I got a complimentary upgrade to a nearby historic building. The room had a large bath. Staff were helpful at check-in and checkout. I found this beneficial.
The amount of tea and sugar provided was limited.

The hotel is very close to the central station! Trams and metro stations are also nearby. Getting around was easy. The surrounding area includes restaurants and cafes.

The reception staff was really friendly and helpful. They even upgraded me to an executive double room. the room was spacious! it had a super clean bathroom, which i loved. the location was great. I walked from the train station and felt safe.
the air conditioning kept turning off. the room got too hot at night. a proper bar facility would have been great.

It fits a maximum of three people. there is no gym on the premises. the hotel has a luggage storage service available after check-out. parking is available, though entry and exit require experienced drivers.

The hotel is near the main train station and a subway stop. This makes transportation very convenient. some guests might find a 35-minute walk to the duomo acceptable, but it is a consideration for some. plenty of restaurants surround the hotel.

The breakfast setup was not ideal. it lacked variety, and the replenishment of items was slow. I found myself waiting for basic things like bread and eggs. also. The soundproofing was inadequate, particularly from street noise. I could clearly hear traffic and pedestrian chatter well into the night, hindering restful sleep.

it felt small. trying to fit luggage and myself in there was a challenge. also, i found the lack of coffee in the room quite annoying. there was plenty of sugar but no coffee, made no sense.

The hotel is near the train station. This made my arrival and departure very easy. There are many restaurants nearby. I found several good places to eat.
The room I booked was quite small. It was not as spacious as I had expected. The hotel breakfast needed improvement. There were limited options for both meat and eggs.

I got a room upgrade, nice. the location was pretty good too. It was close to public transport, so getting around was easy. the staff was kind. They seemed helpful.
the air conditioning didn't work properly. it kept turning off, so the room got too hot at night. i didn't see a proper bar area.
